Winnipeg (home of Pop77), is a typical Canadian Prairie town. Life is pretty quiet, everyone is connected by one degree of separation, and the seasons are marked by radical changes in climate. Over the past two weeks, I’ve had the pleasure of waking up to temperatures of – 47 Celsius (-53 Fahrenheit).

Needless to say, I’ve been spending a lot of time indoors.

As a result, one of my favourite procrastination activities is to endlessly rummage through my CDs and exclaim, “Hey I forgot I had this!”. Years of design school, college radio, studio life, CDR burning, home taping and general overspending, has left me with a diffuse, sprawling music collection.

This week’s mix is the result of just one such session. It’s probably the least “current” mix that I’ve posted, but I have to say that it’s also one of my favourites. Rewind Selector!
